i never really learned how to have a "NEIGHBORHOOD" or what that it or what it means but i don't have one and maybe i need one but i know that so far me not having one hasn't been a bad thing at all  or maybe it has been but i haven't noticed.  neighborhood or not I'm happy on this Vox blog of mine.   i doubt i have any readers but if i do SPEAK UP!
